We, the members and fiduciaries of the House of Washington, by private agreement and internal governance, hereby adopt this Codex as the foundational constitution of the House. This Codex governs only the internal affairs, records, succession, and administration of the House and its affiliated private trusts. It does not assert public authority, recognition, or immunity.

ARTICLE I — NAME, IDENTITY & SCOPE

1.1 The name of this private family governance body is House of Washington.
1.2 The scope of this Codex is private and internal.
1.3 The House may affiliate with private trusts and enterprises by written instrument.
